Delete your Thraa account

You can permanently delete your Thraa sign-in account inside the app or request help from our support team.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open Thraa and go to More, then Application settings.
  2. Open Thraa account and select Delete Thraa account.
  3. Confirm your identity and permanent deletion.

What is deleted

The authentication record associated with the account, including its name, email, user ID, verification status, and sign-in provider, is deleted.

What is not deleted automatically

Financial data stored locally on your phone, backups in your personal Google Drive, and your Google Play subscription are separate. Delete local data in app settings, manage Drive backups from Google Drive, and manage or cancel the subscription through Google Play.

Cannot access the app?

Email us from the address linked to the account and request account deletion. We may ask for limited verification to protect the account.
